Most enjoyable experience. Everything went to plan. Always left and arrived on time. Coach was driven very safely. Places included to stay and activities to do in each area gave us a fantastic overview of New Zealand. Hotels all up to good standards and personnel very obliging. Very happy with the variety, freshness and quality of all food provided. Fully recommend the company. 

This was our first group tour. A pleasure - all 19 days. The coach was joy and a pleasure to step aboard each day. We could not ask for anything better. Would not hesitate to recommend Grand Pacific Tours to family and friends.

Enjoyed New Zealand greatly. Unique experiences, beautiful scenery, and the coach was clean and comfortable. Some coach travel days in the South Island were very long days, tiring but worth it! All hotels provided a very good quality of food. A good selection of optional activities to cover everyone’s tastes and needs.

I absolutely loved touring with you. Everything was worked out exceptionally well. Organised was the keyword. From greetings, great accommodation, tasty meals with enough variety for everyone, and a clean and comfortable coach.

The Coach Captain a great driver and great fun and the Tour Leader was caring, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. Accommodation was clean and comfortable. A wonderful comprehensive tour of the North and South Islands. The activities were varied and the optionals gave good choices. All accommodation was excellent and a good mix of a-la-carte and smorgasbord meals. The coach was clean and well-presented, and the extra leg room was good. Both the Tour Leader and Coach Captain made us feel welcome and dealt professionally with any queries.

We chose this tour as it offered a variety of locations; different modes of transportation (coach, train, ferry, ship); it covered both islands; had a manageable number of participants and a few “on your own days.”

There was not a lot that we did not see in the 19 days. A very broad overview of both North and South Islands. Culture in the North – excellent, scenery in the South – superb. 

The coach was very comfortable, always clean inside and out and I liked the seat rotation system. The Coach Captain was informative and knowledgeable and made the tour interesting and come alive.

We don’t normally travel on coach tours; however Grand Pacific Tours came highly recommended by several acquaintances. Hotels were very good quality; meals were much better than we expected. The standard was very high, and variety was very good. 

The included activities were excellent, varied, interesting, fun, and probably more comprehensive than if we had done this holiday on our own. Very informative.
